  • Awesome video Vince. I want you to know that I've been following you for quite some time now, and you've actualy inspired me to start my own bodybuilding channel. I know I'll never live up to what you've done, but I believe some people out there could definitely benefit from my videos and I look forward to sharing my information. Thanks for being such an inspiration!

I've been training 7 years plus now... I tend to say " well it works for me " - Why ? Caus everyone's body is different and different exercises are affective to different people.. Technique is important and I'm not disputing that... Also your comment is not wrong in any way.. However, Some work outs are more affective to some than others... In my opinion ( From experience ) - I say this in regards to bodybuilding... Not fitness training.
