The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) hosted the 4th annual International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CyCon) June 5-8, 2012 in Tallinn, Estonia.
The conference was conducted with the technical cooperation of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and provided a multi-disciplinary forum for scholars, researchers, analysts and practitioners to discuss issues related to cyber conflict and warfare.
Topics explored ranged from strategic, conceptual, political, legal and technical perspectives within two parallel tracks - law & policy and technical.
Strategy breakout sessions and multiple pre-conference workshops completed the comprehensive programs offered.
