@Sunstroker In that respect yes, modern day Liverpool team via Gerrard,Suarez,Reina and maybe one or two others, are like an average team now, kind of trying build from scratch like United were here 20 years ago.

@BlackMountainScar I think the black armbands were for David Longhurst. He died after suffering a heart attack during a game for York against Lincoln the previous week. He was just 25.
