They rarely make these noises so it's not like instead of barking they do this all day. I have a 10 year old basenji and she rarely yodels

in this case, I'd say multiple dogs = breeder: the 4 smaller B's are likely pups of the larger 5th dog, the mama. And while 5 B's are a bit of a handful, keeping Basenjis in "packs" of two, three or more keeps them happy and out of trouble...they're very pack oriented.
