Newt argues the most effective course to take, but his caveats are cut out of the clip. Newt's finer points are the most interesting, but are removed from this clip, what a shame.
Fundamental differences in their approaches to the idea of conservation are edited out.

Then anyone working an 80 hour week, slaving away for their customers, reading 1,000 page bills is a thief. Learn something about our system and what your congressman does for you before you criticize the system.
