This will help you prevent your 96 Chevy cavalier from running hot after flushing out old anti freeze n replaces with a new anti freeze. You bleed the air out before you go out and buy a new thermostat or water pump.

  • Sorry i just got finished with changing Tran-filter , gas filter, struts, belt n replaces anti freeze then took the video so i was tired and running out of breath. Just wanted to help some of people out there n hope it help!

  • @nauaj13 i HATE dexcorrode coolant. It is not good better to flush it out and put something better in.

  • You used anti-freeze? I think that's what I heard. Correct me if I'm wrong but you're only supposed to use DexCool coolant.

  • i like the cars where u could pull over side of road and fix it, by banging on it lol

  • had air in it too, but still need thermostat

  • yup, same problem.. had to change the radiator hose first, now on to thermostat..
