  • The seniority they are bitching about has to do with the company wanting to promote based on productivity rather than seniority. The company to be sucessful needs to promote hard workers not seniority workers with a sense of self entitlement.

  • @steveusa923 Wrong! Corporations have to be regulated,these people are not your friends.

  • Unions will wreck any industry in time. They will force companys to be noncompetitive. If China had Borax there would be no factory  in the US producing this product.

    One of the interviwers is stating that his prior benefits should stay in effect because "it was in the contract". Ok, when the company goes out of business let him eat his contract.
