if u have hanzos full speed the spped shoes slows it down

@Azai115 Are you sure of this? I know that's true in Merc mode, when you get his last character ability thing but I'm pretty sure that the boots still boost him slightly in normal gameplay.

@femaleblacks I've already got a few requests lined up, but sure, I'll try to bump them up on the list...

And you also need to beat the person's story mode, first. I figured it's kind of a given seeing as it doesn't seem wise to attempt to get ultimate weapons when you're still leveling up your character IE not even beaten his story yet...
