The government has spent so much money since his election it is unbelievable. When the government spends, it means you will have increased taxes and/or inflation which is the hidden tax. I already have noticed the rising prices.

Duh , all of the president we vote in are celebrity politicians. Bush was "just a simple man from texas"now Obama is every opressed persons heroe when in reality he is the opposite. Why? because Americans are easily misled. Inflation could easily play a part even after our government used our tax dollars to bail out all of those banks because it leads the fed to increase money supply! Increased money supply is INFLATION!!!

No man it's not that at all. What you are saying is fact, that the rich get taxed. But you are missing the point. Highering taxes for the rich(the people who employ) while bailing out all those banks causes something called inflation. The value of the dollar goes down, the rich people who are taxed have to cut spending(fire their employers) so people LOOSE jobs. It's common sense NOT "online obscurity". Anyone who believes a celebrity politician must be toiling to much into mainstream lies.

well, he's proposed the cutting of spending in programs but not across the board as the gop suggests. he believes that spending cuts should be done with scalpels, not broadswords. and the only segment of american society that will experience higher taxes are those making over $200,000 which is a very low section in this country.

you need to take a good course in political science and how the different branches of gov't work. you have no clue as to what powers a president has, congress, supreme court and how they each balance the other.
