The best thing the USA could do for labor rights is to allow people to move freely in and out of the USA. This puts more power in workers hands in a mutually beneficial relationship and not a harmful one where workers or employers totally control the other.
It is very unfortunate that people like Lou and sirota fail to understand the concepts of elementary economics. Free Trade benefits our economy. The only people that suffer are the special interest groups that are lobbying for protectionism in the first place.
