Pristiq commercial - Creepy Wind-Up Doll

Thank you Pristiq! Thank you for making me laugh my ass off all day. I haven't seen anything this retarded on TV in a long time. This is one of the world's worst commercial's ever, in my opinion. If you are clinically depressed enough that this commercial is appealing to you, maybe there is nothing left for you, but to have a creepy wind-up doll version of yourself to cart around to family picnics and wiffleball games. Seriously, if this drug makes you this messed up, maybe you were better before. Now you have to worry about some Puppetmaster, Chuckie, voodoo doll homicidal doll action on top of your depression. This will surely lead to paranoid schizophrenia. So please people, do not take this pill.

u are utterly clueless about depression. it's fucking debilitating for a wide variety of deep rooted reasons. mere willpower is irrelevant. ones willpower during depression is non existent, let alone useful. u literally have nothing inside. nothing to use as a crutch and get yourself going. there is absolutely no interest in anything. no motivation. no positivity. u reach deep down to find it, but u find nothing but eternal negativity and nothingness.

This drug has helped many people, including me. My Mother suffered from serious anxiety and depression and ended up in an institution for the remainder of her life. I have inherited some of her pre disposition to depression and have found this drug the most effective for me. I live a very normal, happy life. This drug helps me get over the "hump" so to speak.

@Iceni77 Wanna talk about back in the old days? Let's talk about my great grandfather who was around when opiates were used to treat depression. My father also has depression. Has a job, his head is not in his ass, and he has a decent life. He just feels extremely sad for no reason. I have depression. There is real depression not caused by life's struggles you know. Telling someone who is depressed to get over it is like telling a blind person to look harder.

Back in the 80's, if you were depressed, you were told to get your head out of your ass, get a job, and get over it. If you were so bad that you couldn't deal with it, you were sent to a institution.
