This song "How High The Moon" was recorded around 1988 when I was about 19 or 20. I think it showcases how much the great Zane Beck influenced me musically. Of course, he could likely give me some nice tips still on how to make this better. I treasure my growing up with the steel guitar giants like Zane Beck, Buddy Emmons, Hal Rugg, Tom Brumley, Ralph Mooney, Julian Tharpe, Doug Jernigan, Herby Wallace, Jeff Newman, Dewitt Scott, Lloyd Green, Bobbe Seymour, Paul Franklin, Randy Beavers, and I could easily go on and on. I knew them all and they even at times acknowledged a small little guy from Arkansas.
Great playing, and pictures, funny how time slips away from us... thanks for the memories.... Enoyed it.....
