Instrumental version of Charlie Patton's song. Based on Stefan Grossman's version with a couple of my own ideas. Played on a Republic Highway 61 reso using a Diamond Bottleneck slide.

  • Nice sized and nice sounding axe...acquisitions are the bug...I'm into rockabilly now you know that means i need more guitar

  • @TheVatonaught

You can never have too many guitars! Well, maybe depending on your bank balance....and the size of your house....

  • Open G?

  • @zanoli027 Yup!

  • Nice. Is that the full size or travel size?

  • @tobywalker123

Travel size! Huge volume & tone for such a small guitar, although have to admit it has since gone to the great eBay in the sky (together with several of its siblings). No reflection on the guitar, though, blame it on Guitar Acquisition Syndrome!

  • Hey Thanks!. Oh yeah...spooks, lost souls deep in the mist. Sounds like a good blues song.

  • @CoastalFogTV Thanks for that, CFTV! Just checked the dimensions and the internal diameter is 18mm, length 58mm. Are there really ghosts of ancient mariners in that fog?

  • Sounds Great! do remember diamentions ot your diamond slide. Looking at the new cobalt blues. Thanks!
