When doing warm-up and practicing basic technique in the first hour of training session, we usually play in 1.5 metres deep pool without a snorkling gear, only goggles. But on the next hour, we use the 3 meters deep olympic size pool with snorkling gear. You should try it :D
@looniaz I was serious actually, I couldn't see a snorkle or something like that on the video, so I was really wondering how these people could breathe. Thanks for telling me the answer!
they use snorkle. Breathe on surface while still observing the bottom, just like when you snorkling on open water. Then hold your breath on the way down until you feel to breathe again. Hope that's help :D
