@YoungEagle08 Yes, marine engines use lake or sea water to cool the eingine. Even in closed cooling where antifreeze is used it still uses water to cool the engine through a heat exchanger.

@bob119911 Gas?? That's water "literally pouring out" . It's how the cooling system is designed. Cool water goes in and after it picks up the heat, it is dumped out through the exhaust. How ever did you conclude that gas could be pouring out?? I read once where someone though the toilet fushed water literally just underneath houses. Is that you?
