Hope is candle

Vrhunec, ki se ob obratu bojne sreče za Gondor zgodi ob uspešnem klicu konjeniških kolegov na pomoč, se poleg letenja preko toliko časovnih pasov, da celo prehiti noč, ponaša tudi z nadvse ustreznim zvočnim zapisom. Čeravno je film morda le izložba sodobne programske opreme za vizualizacijo in čeprav je zgodba polna dolgočasnih gobarskih dogodivščin in čeprav je film dejansko "akcijski", je kljub vsemu posejan s kinematografsko zelo zanimivimi prizori, med katere menda spada tudi predstavljeni. Izrezan je kratek prizor tepeža pri Ozgilijatu, ker je dolgočasen, temačen in čeprav v filmu ima mesto z zagotavljanjem kontrasta in kontinuitete zgodbe, za nas niti ni pomemben.
