you are talking about 90% I don't think the Rwanda of today is about 90% you want to mean. Please things changed and will never go back. However, Im agree with Edrubangura! Its important to have a sharing power ! But Ingabire is not the solution. She is to embigu for the Tutsis. Rwanda need Also justice against the FDLR! He need a strong policy program, and the policy program of Ingabire is too much retarded! The best is young woman or men, who could be unite Tutsis and Hutu! Not only who speak just for Hutu or tutsi!!! Unfortunately Ingabire speak only for Hutu, and this is a big big problem!

Les pays Africains doivent trouver leur propre modèle de développement politique. La bonne gouvernance comme actuellement au Rwanda cest une bonne voie ! Et tout nest pas à mettre à la poubelle !

Bien sûr que les droits de lhomme doivent être mis en avant de toutes tractations politiques. Mais je pense aussi quune vision euro-centré sur les valeurs occidentales nà jamais fait ses preuves en Afriques. Les néocolonialistes et les pseudos experts de lAfrique veulent copier les systèmes européens (la « Démocratie » les « Droits de lhomme », etc). Lactualité nous montre que cest difficilement exportable dans dautres cultures.

While it may be true they may be some European elite who are pulling the strings for Ingabire to run for presidency, but we must recognize that Rwanda political and economic systems need to change soon, other wise, when the USA abandons Kagame, Hutus as they are 80% will take power, and vote along the ethnic line, and the same problems of 94 will repeat again. So, therefore, a true reconcilation must happen, and sharing power must take place, the soon the better.
