  • first of all let me say ur tutorial is amazing!!! my face tends to get oily !i dont have any white eyeshadow... do u think i should use powder ?or should i use white paint?or any thing u can recommend me would be very helpful....thanx!

  • Do you mean for the white parts of the face, or to set it after you're completely done?

  • WOW AMAZING! but i bet it was a pain in the ass to was all this off lol.

  • I was expecting a nightmare, but really it wasn't that bad.

  • where did u find that halloween paint wheel ??????????????i think u can use it as eyeshadow base

  • I suppose it could maybe be used as an eyeshadow base, but it really is quite greasy. If you take a good look at the black parts on my eyes it's shining even after applying powder. I did use more than you would for eyeshadow base though. I found it at a local costume/novelty store. I know you can order Ben Nye online though if you can't find it locally.

  • Sugar skulls are only made for the celebration of Día de Muertos and are called "calaveritas" , they represent the deceased on the "altar de muertos", when custome purchased they can have the names of loved ones that have passed away or yourself, so... I think she states very clearly that she took elements of sugar skulls and Día de Muertos so she's never stating that they're the same. Try to remember she's a makeup guru not a foreign celebrations facts one.

  • WOW. this was a surprise. very creative, you should do more!

  • PUPPY!!!

  • You have a rather round face. And this make up could have turned out beautiful. But since you made the eyes hughe to the outside and the nose SO big, your face looks really round and - sorry - fat. I don't like it at all. I was really wondering when I saw you without make up. You're acutally really beautiful but this make up isn't for you! (at least THAT way)

  • this is probably one of the best looks in the history of best looks

  • Thank you for this tutorial! I went to a Dia de los Muertos celebration tonight, and I used your tutorial to help me get ready. I had quite a few compliments, and I think I had the best face paint there. I had trouble with some of the forehead designs, but that is because I did not have a good paintbrush. Anyway, thanks again for helping me! You gave great instructions.
