@DarkShadowBlu Stevie is the guy whom you steal the required cars for. Go to the map in the game and you will find a car shape logo in South Bohan. That logo represents where you park the stolen car. Also, the logo should be located to the right of the Bohan Safehouse logo.

most of the cars you get for stevie are in rare colours, since u can only have 2 cars saved per safehouse i save only the rarest cars such as the purple sultan with black rims, this banshee, the gold infernus and a few others.
