Ahhh shit m8, stuff has to happen sometimes right? as long as you're ok and your pocket recovers we get back up and ride again !

You gotta fix your body position on the bike. Your head is still over the tank yet your knee is dragging which means your twisting your body around the seat. You're not allocating weight to the inside hence you're not minimizing lean angle to increase traction. Fix your body position and no more low sides :)
