I think Terra should have been the fourth party member seeing as she is the fourth General of the Empire.

Terra wasn't a general. She was a soldier and unwillingly so. The story is about her being rescued by the returners and her deciding herself wether or not she wants to help them. people have their own beliefs about who the main character of FFVI is, but without Terra there is no game. It's over if you don't stop her recapture with Locke, it's over if you say no to the returners when Bannon talks to you. it's about Terra.

Dude, he had a portrait in the SNES version, just pause when you use him in Thamasa.
