@DavyTom71 Texas was not "taken by force" from Mexico. Mexico invited settlers to tame the land, and after the government changed in Mexico City, the situation became untenable for Stephen F. Austin's pioneers. It was an unfortunate series of events that cost many lives on both sides, but I do not appreciate an Englishman talking down to me about slavery or injustice.

im really disappointed in all of this. good music should bring people together, instead i find everyone up in arms arguing because some bitter ignorant ass decided to act hatefully, and incite arguments with people he will will never meet or understand. im Irish by blood and Texan by birth. im damn proud of either side of my heritage. now grow up, accept each other, and ignore the ass :)

@DavyTom71 No clue what you are talking about. My third grade history teachers addressed slavery and native american oppression in the US. Before and after the revolution. Even went so far as to extoll the UK for abolishing slavery well before the US. No goddamned clue about anything and Americans are called ignorant. Great Britain - International terrorists of the worst kind. Go and rewrite some more of your history to puff up how awesome Cromwell was at murdering people.
