@TwiceIgnored to get the warp omega, go to the place it says on the map.Pull down the rock-pad thingy you usually stand on to launch yourself(as in when getting the fire omega) before it can launch itself, place a nearby rock on the thingy.This should cause the rock to fling toward the horned-ogre-rock. Revealing the warp omega trapped inside.
