  • If you respect Elliott you should respect his guests. Roman knows his stuff. Haters have no life other then to try and ruin others lives.

  • Less is sometime more

  • I am currently doing John Romaniello's Fat Loss Forever program and have lost 8 pounds in 5 days on the 10 day rapid meltdown. I am currently in pretty good shape, 204 lbs with around 14% bodyfat, and these workouts are absolutely brutal. Yesterday I did a density workout where I ended up lifting over 55,000 pounds in 53 minutes plus 45 BW pushups. By far the most weight I have ever done in EDT blocks(I used to do 20 minute versions of EDT Blocks). He knows his stuff, very good program...

  • @ReignzOfBrainz

the person who asks the question looks way healthy. Cardio is overrated for him. Roman is not saying that cardio is overrated for all the obese people in America.

  • @ReignzOfBrainz No food is overrated and moving is underrated.

  • why are you holding the camera, set it down on a table or somthing,im getting dizzy!!!

  • Lol, what are you? Stupid? Do you know how many calories people use on average throughout the day? Cardio is NOT overrated, cardio makes you overall, more healthy. Obviously, with the rate of obesity in the U.S.A., cardio is underrated.

  • Please keep inspiring the world with your creativity and persistence.

  • @fillechappe but cardio makes your lungs and your heart bigger, so that they have less work to do and won't get busted so fast

  • Seriously.. Cardoi is so overrated, just eat less calories than you use throughout the day.. Works for everyone.

  • @LuigiLover25 I can see you didnt listen shit in this video.
