@nanamimiko96 So I use the first brush that's listed on the brush selection. The real basic one, that doesn't vary in opacity. On PSE 6, there's a brush option menu next to the airbrush symbol, it's the one that has pen pressure options like size, opacity, hue jitter, roundness, ect with little check boxes next to it. I have the size box unchecked and the opacity box checked. I use [ and ] for quick size changes. Mess around with different options for varying brushes, and I hope this helps!!!

how do you select the black colour(lines) only? near the beginning 1:07

Right after scanning, I press ctrl+L and change the levels around so that there is a very limited gray area in the lines. Basically, I make the lines a consistent color. This helps the next step, when I use the magic wand tool to select "black" I give it a low tolerance so that only the black on the picture is selected. Then I invert the selection, so that everything /but/ black is selected, and I press del. If everything was done right, you should be left with only the lines.

@DaPuddingMonster Thanks for the help ^_^, I've been always wondering how people coloured images without colouring over the black lines. Again Thanks for your help, Life saver

No problem! And of course, there's always the option to just put the scan layer on the 'multiply' setting, but I never use that because it leaves me without the options to edit the lines if i want to or to change the colors. Although, it can give the picture a cool paper texture. :)
