Ask for a pay raise in style

It is never an easy matter to ask your boss for a salary increment. However, if you feel like you deserve one, you should definitely ask for one. Sucks that a lot of people can easily ask for a raise, which means they do, and they get it. - even if they are useless. Personally i feel extremely uncomfortable bringing up the subject, tooting my own horn even though i do a lot for my company. My boss keeps saying so, and i think hes even waiting for me to ask, but it doesnt make it any easier.
