@Baraquiel62 dude this is all made by purpose . I have read the the biggest companys in
tehnology have tehnology so better then now. They just get out it slowly so they can keep makign pofit . So now the tehbnology in computers and phones/tablets is probably made 4-5 years before but it's reliased now so the company can make profit.
SO motherboards and evryhing inside a pc will become better when THEY decide it.
Tehnology is here but will be given when they want.

Firstly perhaps you should have stated that in your comment. Also this video is about microchips in general, not just implant technology.
Secondly, microchips used for surgical implants have changed the lives of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people suffering from all manner of medical conditions, including, but not limited to ocular implants for deaf or the hard of hearing, retina implants for blind and partially sighted people, spinal implants for paralysis, etc.
