Many people have used the quote, "America's Best Idea" to describe the national and state parks around the United States. In a world filled with hussel and bussle people have little time to enjoy nature. A lot of them work in doors and when they aren't working they are most likely in front of a TV or computer.
Parks were originally established during the industrial period, in order to rekindle man's connection with nature. America went a step further and established national and state parks. Preventing these beautiful stretches of land from being compromised by the industrial revolution.
State parks provide a vital link back to nature. In order to preserve some agrarian ways, in this world of pollution and concrete, we must vote yes on 21 in order to pass on the legacy of our beautiful land and the habitat that lives within these parks. Preservation of these natural monuments must be supported by all Californian's by voting yes on 21 or else the California budget cuts will continue to devastate this beautiful state we call California.
