Pull up Circles -- 5x Per Direction
TRX Row- 15x
TRX Letter "W" 15 Reps
TRX Scorpion 10x + 1 Leg Atomic Pushups 10x
TRX 1 Leg Squat -- 15x Per Leg
TRX Incline Press 10x
Hanging Leg Lifts -- 10x
