Shakespeare is the only one that looks at me ..was that
do the eye's follow the morph and what's the best face angle? will be less than 30 degree?

That is because the Shakespeare's original painting looks at you.
Maybe 30 degree, maybe less, it is hard to say, without a scientific experiment.
