I tried hot water with various amounts of detergent. It will not matter if you use very little, moderate or a lot of detergent, the clothes will not get clean using a mini washer. Only a small amount of detergent is being allowed according to the instructions which is pointless. Mini washers are a total waste of money and especially time. Go to the laundromats or get a real washing machine. These minis are fake and don't work.

Do **NOT** buy a mini washer. I bought one. It can't even handle the easiest dirt. Your clothes will be full of detergent and wet, but all the stains remain. Also, it will not rinse, no matter how hard you try. You'll end up accepting your clothes being full of detergent.

@anastyb I've noticed this with a few other people doing their examples outside with little washing machines. Hell, there's one specifically going green pod washer and the guy dumped all the detergent water all over some beautiful green grass!! Defeats the purpose :/

@anastyb Some use castille soap or other alternative, maybe that's the case. I didn't say it probably was. But maybe. :/

The agitation is weak so I'm wondering if clothes will actually get clean. For a rinse cycle add plain water and let the macine agitate. You will probably need to rinse twice to effectively dilute soap. These portable machines do not decrease your labor by much.

@mpollux2 its semi auto witch means you emptiy and change the water and have in mind that it does not spin you clothes dry you may have to wring them out or put them i a spin dryer
