Police: Dunkin' Donuts Owner Fatally Shoots Robber
A would-be robber was shot by the owner of a Dunkin' Donuts shop Tuesday morning and later died from his injuries, police said.Anne Arundel County police spokesman Justin Mulcahy said a man entered the store in the 3400 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road at about 3:30 a.m.

The man implied that he had a weapon and announced a robbery, Mulcahy said.A struggle ensued between the culprit and the store owner, and the culprit was shot, police said.

He was taken to Prince George's Shock Trauma, where he died from his injuries.No other injuries have been reported.Police haven't released names of the people involved.The case is still under investigation.
