@SilentAlarms12 Yup, but Sega CD discs are part audio discs too and the game reads the music directly off of the audio part of the disc. For example, if you take the game disc out of the system as soon as you start a new game, and put in any old music CD, instead of playing the level song, it'll play whichever track 1 is on the music CD you put in.
