In this video I (m/50/180) complete the first round of a three round workout consisting of the following exercises: Overhead Squats (15 reps/65 lbs), Double Unders (15 reps), Pull Ups (10 reps). Total time 7:52 (splits 1:59/2:34/3:19). For some reason I just couldn't string my double unders together tonight. Not happy with my performance tonight.
