Seriously, you are really lost. You say that the closest range of this lens is "0.3mm" but it is "0.3m" and you said "We have to put up the shutter speed to 160mm"

Good review. I believe with this lens (160mm equiv) behaves like a quite substantial telephoto lens, and having it with f/2.8 capabilty makes is a telephoto bargain for the price. However, I am wondering if this is a flexible enough lens for macro. I am sure it is great for photographing butterflies, because you can't get close to such subject as you can scare it away. But I think for stationary objects (watches, coins) a 50 or 60mm macro lens would be appropriate. What do you think?

it is also good, but you need more space. if majority of ur work is indoor, look at ef-s 60mm. But if it is 50-50 get the 100mm

you can't zoom, it is a fixed focal length lens.
