i thought that guy was the same guy from the tim hortons commercial where he mixes up his co workers gifts up.

Would be nice if Galen came and took a look at Our Super Valu here in Houston,These kinds of stores give the company a serious bad name. The maneger is an idiot and leave food on the shelves way past expiry dates, the cooles run only half the time and the products are left in there and refrozen time and time again,dam lucky the food hasn't killed someone..What does it take.the current owner/manager is running it into the ground just like he did with the past 3 places he ran :)

I think Galen is hot and it has nothing to do with money. My husband's colleague works with him and says he is about 6'6" and is very personable. He looks too serious though. If I wasn't married I would take him for a looooong test drive! :)

Love the food, hate the commercials. At least spend some money and hire an actor! :)

I used to love the old Dave Nichols commercials. They seemed natural and sincere. I find Weston's commercials forced and artificial.

I meant to say nearly 10 years ago, not 19, and by the way I still have a rotator cuff injury from working at stupidstore all those years ago that flares up whenever I try to lift anything over my head, I got it from stocking the detergent aisle, the asshole office people who make the planograms that dictate how the aisles are arranged saw fit to put all the 50lb cases on the top shelf. Our store was relatively low-volume compared to Grandview or Metrotown, I pity the guys who worked there!

OK if he's so great it's too bad he never came to my workplace at 333 Seymour Blvd. in N. Vancouver. I used to work Grocery night crew pulling 3000lb skids by hand and going 5hrs without a break during graveyard shift and having managers coming in at 7:30AM after their good night's rest and shouting at us why this and that weren't done, even though we'd been killing ourselves all night. Maybe Galen himself is a good guy, but my experience working for Westfair Foods nearly 19 years ago sucked!
