Top Gear Race 60163 Tornado, 25th April 2009 with Jeremy clarkson

Tornado locomotive (60163) leaving London King's Cross at 7:15am on 25th April 2009 on its run to Edinburgh for Top Gear. Jeremy Clarkson was in the cab shoveling coal like theres no tomorrow (my sarcasm,sorry JC)but keeping out of camera. I had visions of a gorgeous make up girl dabbing boot polish all over Jeremy in the support coach! while Hampster got the Bike and the rain.No wonder JC was keeping a low profile,more covert than the SAS .At Fontedeimarmi we love engineering .Cars,Trains,Planes all float our boat. Comparing Tornados connecting rods with RSJs and his admiration for the machine was not a bad analogy from a petrol head! The way Tornado was developed and built speaks volumes about British design and Engineering capabilities.
