Delle getting an A+ in obedience

Delle is a 13 week old pug puppy.
I have had her for two weeks, she has learned Sit, Down, and 'High Five'.

She is working on a loose leash Heel, but she gets distracted very easily, haha! And to scratch on the door to ask to go outside.

Next will be sit/Stay, down/Stay, and Come/sit.

I really want to teach her 'Roll Over' and to 'Play Dead.' I think those would be really cute!

The clicker training works really well for young puppies who will turn themselves inside out for a treat! After you train them to know what the click means (click means cookie!) You just click when you get the response you are looking for and then they try and repeat whatever they did to make you click! Then they figure out that when you say Sit, if they put their butt on the ground you click and they get a cookie!
Clicker training is ALL positive and should be fun! Like a game!
If you are making corrections for wrong behavior or allow yourself to get frustrated - you are doing it wrong! Remember it's a GAME!
Delle gets more excited when I pick up the clicker than if I just pick up the cookie bag! She really enjoys her training!

my fiance is doing most of the training with our pug... but now i have to get in on it because she thinks mommy is the FUN one where she can just jump and play with non stop.... lol

Very Obedient! Good Job! You guys seem to really enjoy each other.. post more videos when she learns to "stay". My puppy also knows sit, down, and high five and I would like to teach my collie to stay as well. Thanks :)
