  • It's called a street bike for a reason.

  • By street bike, I don't mean cruiser or sport bike (though this bike is basically an unfaired K1300S). I simply mean it isn't designed to be taken on a sticky clay back road. It's meant to be ridden on tarmac. Are you watcjng a different video than I? I don't see anything buy tarmac in this so, the fender clearance is adequate. Do I know this from reading a magazine?? Nope. I know this because I know that BMW's engeneering department knows a lot more about how to design a bike than you do.

  • A bit,

Jesus I am just about to buy one of these and this makes me want to puke. My son on a bicycle would get closer to the ground. Must be some old German fag...

  • If you mean "street" bike as it being akin to a "cruiser"...you got it wrong. You may be meaning "sport" bike" or even an uncomfortable "Hi-way" bike. The clip clearly show the rider trying to take some rubber off the rear on a dirt road. Either way, unless the thing is a dedicated road course motorcycle, it should have more clearance for the front tire. Now, go read some more magazines...you might learn something.

  • Yes, it's a great bike BUT...take one on a damp country road with a sticky clay base and you'll be over the handle bars before you can say WTF. There should be a minimum of three inches between the front fender and front tire.

  • Thanks!

  • N B.....WANT ONE......

  • haha im naked!!! who wants a strip tease msg me! A
