Great!!! When the money is there, i'm going to order one!

What kind of power gains are we talking about here for the Bandit 1250? I'm thinking of buying a 1250FA soon, but would like around 130 bhp. Any suggestions?

I've got 11,000 miles on my 2008 Bandit 1250S-ABS, and most of those have been with a Yoshimura stainless S3 installed. I didn't not remap, and I run the pipe with the insert in. With it out, it's much louder, but the bike doesn't run as well, with much less low-end torque and less power overall. With the insert in, it runs perfectly. I'd rather have quieter sound and more power. The pipe itself is very nice quality, and it goes without saying that the bike itself is already a legend.

I looked closely at the R77. According to Yoshi you'll only get 1/2 of 1 hp improvement with R77 over the RS3, but the RS3 is louder. You make good point about the carbon fiber. The thing I like about them is that you can easily replace the carbon sleeve or just reverse the sheet to hide any scatches. Thanks mate.
Hi there!
Nice sound! I'm thinking of buying this exhaust for my Yamaha FZR 1000 and I was wondering if the DB killer comes out easily. So, can you tell me how to remove it? And is it easy to place it when needed?
Thanks!

windman, apart from the cost was there any other reason you didn't go for carbon fibre? I think I'm gunna order one for my bandit. A yoshi RS-3 or a beowulf. Quill seem pretty good too. Carbon Can co. is another. I just can't decide.

I was told that the carbon fiber one tend to age poorly. Rivet area come loose.
Look for the R77

You might want to avoid revving the bike right on start up...No load revving (like in neutral) is very hard on the engine...

Don't worry, the engine was at operating temperature and max rev was 5-6k
