www.blogs.babble.com/being-pregnant At the end of pregnancy, sleeping is incredibly different and I have devised a simple solution to rolling over that doesn't require all of the motivation and momentum (AND it relieves the strain on you and pressure on your lower back, major blood vessels, pelvis, and bladder). WHY DID I NEVER THINK OF THIS?

Its very hard for me to sleep at night because I can't get comfortable. The best way for me to get sleep is if I sleep on the couch. The bed seem to be too flat. But, I did finally get into my bed and put the pillow under my shoulder and head which was very comfortable. I hope that position will work for the next upcoming weeks.

I remember doing this! Thanks for sharing this tip. Little tips like this make a whole lot of difference. Sometimes I would do the cat/cow stretch before settling onto the other side. I actually used to watch TV on all fours in bed to take some pressure off my back. Got lots of weird looks from Hubby, but, hey - it worked! Wishing you a happy and healthy third trimester and a safe delivery! Blessings...
