Ikaruga - Hard - Tageri (Ch 5 boss) - RNA's perfect clear

The chapter 5 boss of Ikaruga is either the most or least difficult boss in the game depending on how you play it. You can destroy it very quickly and without much trouble, but in order to maximize your score, it's best to stall as long as possible and eat all of the bullets that you can instead. This is particularly ridiculous to attempt in Hard mode.

Here, Japanese player RNA manages to get just about as close to a perfect run as is humanly possible. He doesn't die once and manages to finish him off with 1 second remaining. I am fairly sure he is playing the Dreamcast version and exploiting the slowdown to make it slightly easier on himself, but it is impressive all the same.
