Its justice at last for a Kisumu father after a protracted legal battle over who had the right to inter the remains of his late wife and two children. John Okinda finally won the right to bury his family, but to his in-laws who claim they dont recognise him, its another flaw in the legal system. As NTVs Ouko Okusa reports, the tussle has brought to the fore debate on the authenticity of come-we-stay unions.
by the way, this is what we should be looking at not the guy who stole somebody's daughter and the disgruntled father in law. But if I were them I would punch the television guy instead of being fodder for their footage

shondeshonde am just in love with your originality behind the name, but to a more serious matter here, paying of dowry is institutionalized prostitution. We give something to women to soften them up, we even go to the extent of bribing their parents who will never give us a piece, but remember this is a tradition, our fore fathers did it, we did it and most likely it will pass on to our young but huo ndiyo ukweli wa mambo

@mwitamarwa Are you a hair designer or stylist, or is your sole purpose in life to criticise reporters on their looks as opposed to the content they provide? Get your priorities straight bwana and let the man continue giving us what we need.

Ouko Kusa, shave your hair bwana. Its just 20 bob in kondele. A reporter who goes on national tv must be presentable. Wacha ufala!!

RIP. If it were not for the insurance money nobody would be fighting to have the right to bury.
