@varanman Correct. Especially those Harley guys with their T shirt, Bandana, and blue jean riding gear. Full face helmet, leather jacket, suit armor, boots, gloves, certainly pay off, but you still risk death and broken bones. Avoiding a crash is done by controlling your speed for conditions, including your limitations as a rider, riding defensively and executing the proper maneuvers, unlike this guy that even bought the wrong bike for this style of riding. SV650 is not a CBR/GSXR.

@JayzBeerz I'm not convinced he touched his front brake as the rpm increases as he loses traction, so he would have rolled off the throttle first. I think he just laid it down way too far and didn't get off the seat and put a knee down at that speed. You're right that he didn't enter Slow, but to enter fast, you got to slide your ass off the bike and put your chin down to the bar end on the inside, and THAT keeps the bike upright. Your text book answer is limited.

Here is another one at the same place.....Motorcycle Crash - GSXR 750 Lowsides on Mulholland Hwy....Youtube
90% of riders make this mistake and slow down with the front brake in the middle of the turn. Slow - Look - Press - Roll. Slow before you hit the corner, Look through the corner, Press in the direction you want the bike to go and Roll on the throttle through the entire corner. This is what keeps the bike upright thoughout the turn. Anyone of these steps missed and this is what happens.
