The Joker DLC is only available on Batman: Arkham Asylum for PlayStation 3 and Mac OS X, but you can play it on PC by copying the files from the Mac version to the PC version.

wow just noticed that batman is a little slower in arkham city, nice little feature, since catwoman is in the game, and compared to joker batamna was kinda slow, i like the little switch, but batman just seemed a helluva lot more athelitic in this game, and the fact that batman just enters through the front door was really weird, i expected some skylight entrances like in batman the animated series, thoguh arkham city was better overall, in batman aa you beat thugs to quickly
