@69rd96 That is a Crary air reel. The center pipe of the reel is filled with pressurized air by the fan on the side, then if you look close you can see the tubes that point down from the center tube. The air is blown through that and into the crop to force it off the cutter bar to prevent loss. It works exceptionally well. The head feeds evenly which makes for faster ground speeds. I'd never harvest beans without one.
