Nice timing on your post. We just got back from Camp Kaweah and the water is at a decent level. You can rent a pontoon at the lake, or you might want to do a 1/2 day trip to the Redwoods at Sequoia National Park. Go see General Sherman, the largest tree in the world. There's some construction activity along the road causing about a 20 min delay. Take snacks, drinks and have a picnic in the shaded coolness of the giant redwoods.
