I've read about this project on your site, but I still have some questions. If you don't mind ofcourse:

- You used wings from flyingwings.ch, but you didn't use them as the actual foils. Why? And if these wings are suitable, which ones are they, because it is easier for me to just order those wings and mount them instead of shaping them out of wood myself.

- What is the best shape of a foil? And how can one calculate which type of foil / shape of foil is needed?

Building hydrofoils is not a simple task: there is no universal solution. You may want start from the International Hydrofoil Society foils.org/faq.htm#big-q
