Sailor Moon Sketch Animation

this is just a sketch thingy I did in a few mins and animated.... I know it looks horrible; hence the "sketch" in the title. This was just used for a reference and a guide to do/not do in the actual transformation.

I hope no one is epileptic (sp?)!

You could probably get it online at Adobe's website (adobe[dot]com), amazon[dot]com and other relative places. But it's not the ideal version of our time anymore, try going for CS2 or higher; they are compatible with Windows Vista. I however, obtained Photoshop Elements 3.0 with the purchase of my new graphics tablet. My computer runs on Vista, therefore, I can no longer use the software on this particular computer, but still can on others with Windows XP and later.
