This 3 part series shows the evolution of a small Northwest brewery, and what it takes to produce their product. Ninkasi Brewing Company is Eugene, Oregon's hometown brewery.

Producing superior ales and lagers using the finest regional ingredients, you can find their beer on tap at many reputable restaurants and bars all across the Northwest.
